Return Policy

Return Unused Products
Should you choose to return a new, unopened, re-saleable product(s) you are entitled to a full refund, less shipping fees and subject a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Please email in advance to approve the return. Please include your name, address, original invoice number, email address, and daytime phone number as well as your reason for returning.

Returning Used Products
We cannot (& do not) accept items that have been opened, used or have their safely seals broken.

If you open it - you own it .

• Shipping & handling fee are not refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of refund.

• All returns will be subjected to 20% re-stocking fee - this will be deducted from the total amount of refund.
