Now that I am settled in here
in Florida, I would like to resume
both my monthly newsletter articles
and Q&A. Unfortunately, at this
time, I will not be able to support
my answers with video, as seen on
my blog. Instead, I will include in

followed by my answer for all of you.

begin with a Q&A.
Here's a great
question from one of my students in
New England.
Question
Hi Caroline,
I ordered that MetLab Quick Stop to
use on Mac and it's looking pretty
severe. Then, it doesn't have a place
to connect to a headstall and I called
them and they said it did ...but it
doesn't have the loops on the nose
piece to attach. On the packaging
it says Level 4, Moderate to Strong
Effect, Quick Stop Stainless Steel
w/Rope Nose. It says it puts a lot
of pressure on the horse's mouth.
I can't imagine putting this in a
horse's mouth. Is this what you recommended?

visible in every horse of any breed,

trainers to reproduce that kind of
behavior in more controlled circumstances.
This origin also points out why, according
to most Classical dressage trainers,
every healthy horse, regardless of
its breed can perform classical dressage
movements, including the Haute Ecole
jumps, or Airs above the ground, even
though it may perform them a little
differently from the ideal performance
due to the build of its body.

Many
of you have asked me to explain in more
detail, depth, my work with horses and energy
(chakras) - energy that radiates out from
one's body and the emotional and mental
energy that emanates within through the
power of intention. For those of you that
are students, you've experienced me practicing
with you the essence, elements, of this
