What
is a Rider Horsemanship host?
Our hosts often help organize, prepare and promote
our clinics. Mostly, their time is spent promoting
and gathering registrants. In order to qualify
for FREE participation
into any clinic of their choice, they must fill
the minimum registrant requirement of 6 participants,
with 10 being the maximum allowed.
As a host, your responsibilities are:
- To help
advertise by word of mouth, email, distribution
(Rider Horsemanship will prepare all ads,
registration forms and documentation needed)
- Gather
registrants - if you
gather 6 (paid) participants, you get in FREE
- Organize
registration and handle payment - unless otherwise
specified
- Handle
facility arrangements, including booking and
fees - unless otherwise specified
Please note:
facility costs, clinician travel and overnight
accommodations are not included and must be
factored into clinic fees.
Facility
requirements are:
- Indoor
arena
- Round
pen if clinic specifies
- Overnight
