http://www.equineaffaire.com
Thank you everyone for allowing us
the opportunity to be with you and share
our way of Being and doing with horses!
Rider
Horsemanship had an amazing reception
at this year's Equine Affair in Massachusetts.
Not only were our presentations packed
with standing room only, our booth was
mobbed with wonderful people! We were
SO excited and exhilarated with the
experience of being so well received
and welcomed. We want to thank you again
for your generous support and reception.

Winter
Maintenance for Your Horse
Why wait until Spring to "restart"
you and your horse? If Winter keeps
you inside, and away from your horse,
send your horse to us! Our facility
hosts a wide array of training areas,
such as: two round pens, a covered arena,
outdoor arena and 200 acres of trails.
We offer full-time and part-time training
(and maintenance) for your horse. Some
horses may need to be schooled just
a couple days a week to maintain while
others may need a more focused training
schedule. Either way, each and every
horse is revered and schooled in our
Tao of Horsemanship approach.
We are accruing a waiting list already,
so please be sure to sign up soon so
we can reserve your spot!

What's
NEW!
NEW
Clinic Formats!
Check out our website for more details:
http://www.riderhorsemanship.com/horse-training-clinics.htm
Our clinic formats are flexible
and adjustable to meet your needs. Based
upon popular demand, Caroline has posted
the most popular clinic formats for
you to choose from. However, these clinics
are flexible! Here are a few adaptations
that some of you asked about during
the Equine Affair:
Group
Internships: Group of friends
can request a 3 or 5-day apprenticeship
with Caroline. The internship would
be held at Rider Horsemanship's facility
here in PA. You can bring your horse,
or lease one of ours. This is a great
opportunity to share yourself in a
community of like-mindedness - one
that is full of support, encouragement,
hope and trust.
Private
Lesson Clinics: Caroline understands
that some of you are not comfortable
in a group setting. This clinic format
is less demanding (time and concentration)
and more personal for both horse and
rider/handler involved. Each day consists
of 60-75 minute individual lessons.
It is amazing to see the progress
of both horse and handler within a
3-day period. Any area of horsemanship,
breed of horse and level of rider
is welcome!
CONNECTION
& COMMUNICATION Symposium and Lecture
Series: Caroline would like to
extend this into a 2-day opportunity
where she can continue in demonstrating
"the language of the horse"
with her horses. In the two days,
you can expect an open forum where
lecture, Q&A, limited participation
from the audience (with her horses)
and challenging horse demonstrations
will be held. The challenging horse
demos are open to any problem. Only
2 horses will be chosen and worked
with each day.

You
can book a 3 or 5 day clinics, with
Caroline, at your facility - anywhere
in the World!
Caroline's clinics are designed to be
intimate with a minimum requirement
of 6 participants, maximum 10. Once
the minimum of 6 is filled, you are
eligible for FREE participation
(you, the host being #7), as well as
proceeds of auditor/observer fees.
Facility Requirements
We prefer an indoor arena all year around
as weather conditions are very unpredictable.
Caroline's schedule is also busy with
little, or no time, for rescheduling.
Unless otherwise specified, auditors
are asked to bring their own seating
and food arrangements.
Video cameras are not permitted during
clinics, as this time and space is shared
and should be respected.

This
Month's Topic of Interest
Caroline
Rider's experience in her first "Colt-starting"
Challenge
http://www.equineextravaganza.com/challenge.htm
October 29-31, 2010
What a great opportunity for me, Caroline
Rider, to present my way of working
with horses at this year's VA Equine
Extravaganza! Along with Leisha Griffith
and Tara Jones, I was selected to participate
in the first ever Equine Extravaganza's
Women's Trainer Challenge. The opportunity
to compete, as a clinician during the
colt-starting challenge, provided so
much exposure for each of us. We were
honored and excited to be given the
chance to showcase our methods and training
styles. I am personally filled with
much gratitude and thankfulness as the
exposure will open many doors for women
trainers!
